Custom-made work
Custom printed objects are reviewed and approved before printing. Design fees, deposits, and custom-made parts may have different return eligibility than off-the-shelf goods.
Print quality issues
HavnCraft will review production defects caused by our printing process. Customer measurement errors, wrong fit information, or changed requirements may require paid redesign or reprint.
Order review
Refund eligibility depends on quote status, model approval, production status, shipment status, and the final policy reviewed before sale.
